XX/XX/2022 Lockhart Morris and Montgomery based out of Texas Contacted me I recognize the number as numerous phone calls with no voicemails left over the previous weeks I answered they stated who they were and proceeded to give me information personal information about myself prior to verifying 100 % who I was I notified them that I did not at all condone or sign any paperwork allowing them to have my personal information E.G. social security number and such, also notified the individual on the phone they have been calling me and not leaving voicemails which is phone harassment in the State of Florida numerous phone calls per day or per week I did offer an amount that I could afford to settle the debt she scuffed at me and told me that she would not even attempt to submit and told me what amount I would have to pay no matter what upon telling her financial situation not giving her details but I could not afford that she said they would not agree to any of that and they gave me a set amount that is mandatory to pay, I told her if she's refusing to attempt to submit any kind of settlement then she needs to no longer contact me I have received numerous phone calls since she did inform me that apparently they know the laws and they are not breaking them according to the State of Florida statutes one phone call with no voicemail or no call back number or no identification of who is calling is actually registered and can be filed under phone harassment. Her unwillingness to try and settle is telling me that they are trying to force my hand at paying something that I can not afford and upon asking them to no longer contact me the numerous phone calls I have received since totals up to about XXXX after I notified them do not contact me because they did not want to settle they have continued to do so and as of XX/XX/XXXX they decided to add it to my credit report to try and hurt my credit after during the phone call I told them it does not need to be reported on my credit because they are refusing to settle and they are harassing me they have done so to try and tarnish my credit they waited 30 days after I told them do not contact me continue to contact me and now they're reporting it to my credit to hurt me this is harassment and bullying.
