BANK OF AMERICA N.A. took adverse action against me by lowering the credit limit on two ( 2 ) business credit cards I have with them without my prior knowledge or consent. They based their decision on unverified information listed on my consumer report which they were not given explicit permission to check. This caliber of discrimination has caused me great anguish as I am unable to handle my financial affairs properly. I have written two letters in regards to this matter as of XX/XX/2023.
