Rushmore Loan Servicing paid the wrong property taxes for my property in XXXX of XXXX, accoding to XXXX XXXX of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they returned the check as they noted it was for the wrong parcel and for the wrong amount. Rushmore never took any action to contact myself or the township to ensure the property taxes were paid. On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified that the taxes for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was late and that it needed to be paid prior to XX/XX/XXXX or the house would go into a tax sale. I contacted Rushmore on XX/XX/XXXX they stated they would have it rectified in 10 business days. I contacted Rushmore tax dept ( XXXX ) again on XX/XX/XXXX they stated that I needed to check back the next week and it still hadn't been completed. I called Rushmore again on XX/XX/XXXX after seeing that the taxes were still not paid on my onilne account. The rep " escalated it '' and stated that it would be handled by XX/XX/XXXX. I caled Rushmore for the fouth time today on XX/XX/XXXX and the rep again in the tax department stated it was unpaid and that the taxes were still not paid. At this point my property is most likely going to a tax sale, due to a complete lack of execution for a company that has three jobs, collect my money, pay my insurance and pay my taxes. Furthermore, this should have been rectified in XXXX of XXXX when the tax check they sent was returned to them. Their info is included below for your records.
