The company put the mortgage account under someone's XXXX who never owned the property. I have tried for XXXX XXXX to prove that person never owned the property. They continue to provide tax information and all of it has the wrong XXXX. I have provided the trust documents and they still refuse to put it under the proper XXXX. I have gotten a lawyer involved and they still refuse to change the information. There is not one person to go to so you have to explain the situation to a different person each time you call. The company is SPS ( Select Portfolio Servicing ) In XX/XX/2022 I reached out to change the account name because the Account name because the account was associated with grandmother not me. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Instead of updating the account name to match the SSN they updated the SSN to match the account name. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I provided various documents proving she never owned the property but company has not changed the information. They agree that the property belongs to me but they have so many departments that can not interact with XXXX another that nothing has been done. I need to file taxes but they continue to provide erroneous tax information
