Made a purchase using my Citi bank card on XX/XX/2022 in the amount of {$440.00}. The merchandise was never received. I submitted a dispute online on XX/XX/2022. Further submitted a dispute form requested by Citi bank on XX/XX/2022 that the merchandise was never received. Received a letter today ( XX/XX/2022 ) stating the dispute is unsuccessful and the charge and interest will be re-applied to my account. I am being billed for merchandise never received.
