Gm account went into charge off in XXXX and the account should have been closed that year. instead they closed account on XX/XX/XXXX .and there was no activity on the account for 4 years. all of sudden XXXX Gm reported 30 days late on my credit report for 56 months to present, which is wrong. the account in now payed and i have a 1099-c .and GM now change my credit report to 56 charge offs every month .which once again is wrong. this account should have been closed in XXXX with the charge off even with account closed and payed GM still uo to XX/XX/XXXX reported on my credit report negetive info. Gm account # XXXX. i would like this account cleared up pay and close from XXXX and 55 of teh charge offs removed starting from XXXXXXXX .thanks.
