Consumer Narrative
I started the XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I have been consistently current on my mortgage payments. On XXXX, I should have received a {$5000.00} principle reduction in XXXX after completing 60 months of on-time payments. My Escrow Review in XXXX state there was a underage of {$22.00}. Between XXXX and XXXX, my property tax was reduced by about {$240.00}. My Home owners insurance increased by only {$3.00}. Select Portfolio is now claiming I have a underage of {$680.00}. This is impossible and I now totally question what is being done.
