XXXX XXXX XXXX, also known as XXXX XXXX. I paid this account off with a zero balance and closed this card myself. Then mysteriously a new charge in the amount of {$580.00} appeared from new jersey I reported fraud and Verve said they correct this. This never happened and they continue to destroy my credit scores. I also sent several letters to Continental Finance LLC and XXXX and no response, with copies of their paid off letters and the fraudulent charge on my account. I live in New Hampshire and this charge was made in New Jersey. I called the so-called number and reported this on six occasions to their representatives and they all hang up however one person slipped up and gave me a different account number that was taken out in my name. XXXX is a fraudulent company. I also requested disputes from XXXX and XXXX and XXXX credit reporting agencies they denied my disputes and continue to harm my credit standings. I received a credit refund for {$400.00} and then I was charged one month later for the same amount, along with a late fee and notice on my credit reports implying this was my fault.
