Hello Ive been contacting Bank of America number XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX about my case I have never had any card I have my police report I faxed it 8 times this company keep misleading me with false information to where they never receive my police but yet I keep sending it to where these people telling me each time its a different name or no name on the fax at all. I reached out to the attorney general for help and light on this situation. Today I spoke with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and now XXXX speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXX she telling me I need to step in the branch to verify my identity after ive been speaking with them since XX/XX/XXXX they ask you some questions and send you to what area via phone you need to reach like claims department. So now why are they giving me an issue just to see if they received the police report yet! On XX/XX/XXXX I was on the phone for XXXX hours that call was recorded and monitored since I call off my work phone. Now they transferred me to XXXX from XXXX telling me I need to go into the branch for what I dont know I feel like these people are targeting me.
