My money suddenly disappeared from my account and it seems my money has been stolen or mishandled through Bank of America. Twice this week, I transferred money digitally between my accounts from XXXX XXXX, to Bank of America. First on the XXXX of XXXX and yesterday the XXXX of XXXX. I received confirmation of the transaction via email and text message confirmations from both banks and when I checked my account on both instances, the money was visible in my account. This morning, I received a low balance notification to my phone from bank of america and when I checked my account, my balance was set at {$0.00}. I have no new transactions on my account and now the lines showing the deposits/transfers are no longer visible as if it were erased from the system. This is very frustrating as I needed the money to make a purchase. Now the money is suddenly missing. I need to know what happened and where my money is immediately and I have yet been able to get in contact with a representative and have been on hold waiting to talk to someone all morning. I no longer feel like I can trust this company with my money and will most likely be closing my account immediately after getting this issue resolved because this is ridiculous.
