On XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my Bank of America mobile app and saw that fraud was committed on my checking account. The first fraudulent charge was for {$19.00} to XXXX XXXX for a monthly subscription. The next fraudulent charge was for {$3500.00} to " XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX '' in XXXX XXXX IL XXXX I live in XXXX and do not have a car. I have never been to XXXX XXXX, nor do I have the means to get there. The night before the fraud, I was at a wedding rehearsal dinner and then the day of XX/XX/XXXX, I was attending the wedding. There is no physical way that I could have made these charges. I immediately called Bank of America to file a complaint and to cancel/issue a new card. I still had my debit card in my wallet and I cut it up & threw it away that day. Bank of America opened this claim number : XXXX. They issued me a temporary refund. Bank of America has since ruled not in my favor multiple times even though I have submitted evidence of where I was located on the night before the fraud and the day of the fraud. They have since taken away the temporary refund. I am unemployed and currently living paycheck to paycheck. I need help fighting this fraud!
