In XXXX, I received emails stating an account was opened through Bank of America. I did not open this account. At the time I reached out, communicated with B of A that this was a result of fraud and was able to close the account. Here we are in XXXX and the same thing has occurred and I have received several emails stating an account was again opened with Bank of America.
