Contacted Bank of America numerous times via phone calls and through you under complaint # XXXX and XXXX about an unauthorized electronic payment for XXXX. This transaction was debited on XX/XX/2022 on my Bank of America checking account. I received a call from a Bank of America representative two weeks ago assuring me that I would get a response within the next three days. This did not happen. I have had medical issues [ XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX ] and this is elevating my health issues.I am XXXX years old and sustain life on XXXX XXXX XXXX.I can not believe how I am being treated like a criminal. I have been banking with Bank of America for many years. My XXXX XXXX funds are direct deposited to my account with them. I do not understand why Bank of America is not giving me back the money even after XXXX has indicated that they can not refund me money that my Bank is holding in a suspense account. XXXX advised that they had no problem refunding me the money, but the money was charged back on their bank account.
