I had XXXX fraud claims. XXXX for an unauthorized money transfer for XXXX. This was due to a fraudulent text saying I was locked out of my XXXX account. This issue was resolved in my favor. The same person who took my money the first time took XXXX out of my account XXXX weeks later. I filed a claim, changed my entire email, passwords. My claim was denied. Theres even an unauthorized number set up for alerts to further prove XXXX innocent. I also have the fraudulent text. I will attach several phone numbers listed under my alerts from both claims that do not belong to me. Furthermore, Bank of Americas XXXX site link to change alert phone numbers is invalid.I dont understand how they same information applies but Bank of America XXXX this claim.
