I had filed a complaint. Mohela responded saying that the public records had been corrected and my loans were forgiven so I closed the compliant but when I checked the databases my loans did. It show XXXX as the said they did. They are also trying to deny paying back all the months thats Ive been in forbearance as they stoped counting in XXXX and told me it would take too long to re certify and apply but there has been no break in employment this whole time for me and they know it. I have XXXX payments and they want to only count XXXX
