I have approximatley XXXX dollars deposited with the investinganking app Robin Hood . About XXXX months ago there was some un authorized access and attempted transactions on my account so Robin Hood froze my account and asked me by email to send in documents verifying my identity such as statements, drivers license, etc. I sent them everything they asked for and they say they dont need anything else from me. They recieved all the documention over a month ago and over these past few months I have contacted them at least XXXX times asking for my funds to be made available to me.I still dont have any access to my funds. I called again last night and the lady told me the same line that they have been telling me for months " that a review team is looking over it. '' She would not explain to me what is going on and would not give me any indication of how much longer they planned on holding my money XXXX. I did a little research about the company and what i read has me very nervous and stressed out. Some people are saying that it is a scam company and I dont know what is the truth, when i ask questions i get hung up on by them like last night. Please help me get my funds back from them. The way they just hang up on me like my concerns dont matter has me very nervous. I have completed everything the asked of me months ago so everytime i call now its the same " review team '' story and then i get hung up on. They dont even have a customer service number i can call, i have to communicate throught the app, and most of the time they wont respond to my cal request. thank you for your time
