Members of our sales team received XXXX pre-paid gift cards as part of a sales incentive. In California, we are accustomed to cards not expiring w/in a year or if they do expire, we can pay a fee to have the card replaced. As of now, we have 3 employees that can not access their funds. One amount is over {$2800.00}. Omni Card is stating that they are " driven by the contract settlement when the cards we purchased '' and that " the cards that were purchased are not prepaid or credit cards but reward or promotional gift cards. Loyalty, award, or promotional gift cards are not subject to extending expiration dates ... ''
