Consumer Narrative

XX/XX/XXXX my card was fraudulently used a number of times at XXXX different stores, XXXX named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$44.00} and another transaction at the same store for the amount of {$100.00}. On the same day there was also another transaction from a XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX XXXX for amount of {$120.00}, followed by another charge for {$120.00} and a third one for {$120.00}, at the same XX/XX/XXXX. The total amount of all illegal purchases made that day were {$510.00}. I have never been to XXXX, nor have I ever use my debit card in that city. I was at work that day, while those purchases were being made. I submitted a claim to the Bank of America, and they denied my claim saying that it was I or someone who has my permission to use the card or account, made those purchases. There must be some cameras in those stores showing I was not the person making those purchases. Why would I make multiple purchases at one on the same day in a city I have never been to. Please help! This is screaming fraud, and whoever looks at this will realize it could have not been me.
