On XX/XX/2022, I requested Bank of America to perform a wire transfer with the instruction to cover all fees related with the transaction ( code OUR ), so the transfer amount would be delivered in full to the beneficiary. To cover any fees from the recipient bank, Bank of America charged me XXXX XXXX, but this amount was never delivered, and the recipient charged their standard fee for receiving the wire. In the electronic document ( attached ) it is observed that fees were instructed to be shared between sender and beneficiary XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, contrary to my specific instructions. The XXXX XXXX are identified as " sender 's charges '' : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX It is worth mentioning that Bank of America reimbursed the XXXX XXXX " transfer fee '' due to another error in this transaction, but they stated that they can not reimbursed the XXXX XXXX as " it has been charged by the recipient bank '', which is not true.
