XXXX related forbearance was initiate in 2021. The forbearance ended in 2021 and the loan holder/lender, Bank of America , sent a new agreement to shift the forbearance amount and forbearance payments to the end of the loan period by extending the term of the loan. The signed agreement was sent to the loan holder and confirmation of receipt by the loan holder was confirmed with XXXX postal service. The loan holder lost the agreement signature page. The lender then sent a new agreement with Fannie Mae. Another signed agreement was sent to the lender, The agreement was lost by the lender again. Monthly payment were made on the loan fully covering mortgage payments during the period following the forbearance, to date. No payments were missed. The lender has closed the account for payment and has not issued another loan agreement to incorporate the XXXX forbearance amount. The lender appears to be initiating foreclosure. Again, no mortgage payments were missed outside of the forbearance period.
