Consumer Narrative
I used bill pay and instead of sending my payment electronically, they sent it by mail. I called multiple times and was finally able to get the {$4000.00} check canceled. I asked that all payments be sent electronically and they said they couldnt do that. My husband died 3 months ago. My name was always on the checking account. All of our payments were made electronically. This situation has something to do with his death.
