This is regarding XXXX fraud claims I have filed. Claim XXXX - Claim ID : XXXX Claim XXXX - Claim ID : XXXX Bank of America did not properly help me into investigating the transactions. These XXXX claims were thus reversed. I suspect no agent did any investigation because Bank of America did not contact me after I had told them to start these XXXX transactions with the proof I have from my side. I have XXXX footage, XXXX police departments from XXXX and my local town police department, who know me so well because they have already tried helping me get my money refunded and credited by Bank of America. Furthermore my flight ticket proves indefinitely that I was out of the United States when these fraudlent transctions were posted, furthering the evidence that it was not me or anyone I know because no one knows my ATM PIN. Additionally, I suspect that XXXX agents over a period of XXXX weeks when I called Bank of America gave me XXXX different fax numbers when I stated the correct department I wanted to fax these proofs to ( the fraud department ), thus the system never got my proof and they immediately ruled that the transactions were done by me and/or someone I know, with a system error I highly suspect. Lastly, when I kindly and specifically asked for proof they had collected from " all '' the merchants they refused, saying they do not provide these " proofs from merchants '', so I contacted my friends and family at other major banks and they all said, for example, " Yes, XXXX Bank, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX always will provide proof they collected from the fraud investigation to the victim if they ask for it '' but when I asked XXXX agents on the customer service from Bank of America they refused and said they will send the " result of the investigation pdf to me via email and mail ''. They are changing the subject of the conversation and mailing the paper I did not ask for, which makes me sad because only CFPB will help me. They refuse to provide proof they collected from the XXXX fraud investigations provided that they actually reached out to the merchants involved in the first place. And lastly, when I called in for the last time to inquire about my investigation, only when I threated to sue them, they magically said " oh wow, the back office recieved your fax today, they will contact you further on. '' No one did, I do NOT believe Bank of America did an investigation at all, even after a resubmission. They just took my money, I am worried because I lost around {$4000.00} for the first fraud claim and {$400.00} for the second fraud claim. I need to be credited because this is stealing my money. And I am aware of the controversy around Bank of America 's past by stealing their customers money without the customer noticing just like XXXX XXXX XXXX controversy. Please help me CFPB. I will provide all the proofs I stated above to my best ability, including my airline ticket proving that I was in XXXX during the time of the fraudelent activities.
