Ive been fighting this since XXXX and yall think this is some kind of joke XXXX XXXX does not return call my case has not been investigated right I was told on XX/XX/2022 that a response would be mailed to me in a few days well here it is almost 2 months and Ive recieved no decision on my case by law Im suppose to have my money returned because the XXXX transaction were not authorized by me someone hacked into my phone and recieved my text messages and emails without me knowing I got everything I asked for except my log in history on my acct there was a different number signing into my acct without me knowing I want my {$5200.00} back and I want this case closed on this case for good and get someone other than XXXX XXXX to help with this I have no acct with boa so if they say the money was returned to my acct its a lie I no longer and never will deal with boa ever again give me my money these fraudulent people took from me as far as this company yall need better customer service reps that will return calls and know what there job is going onn6 months fighting this is ridiculous I should of gotten my money back if it was a different bank yall dont take responsibility for these hackers that XXXX us inocent consumers
