I received a letter on XX/XX/2022 to pay a collection from Constar Financial, in the amount of XXXX. I didn't recognize the debt so I sent a letter of validation letter on XX/XX/2022 via certified mail. I received validation of debt letter back from Constar on XX/XX/2022 saying that I personally owe them money for a vehicle that is in a business entity, the sales contract with the dealership doesn't have my name on any of the paperwork as this being personally guaranteed by me or that I was listed as a co buyer of this vehicle. This vehicle was purchased in the name of the company using the companies credit.
