Hello, I have been trying to get {$20000.00} refunded to my account from Aidvantage since XX/XX/XXXX in the morning. I have stated that I wanted to have all my covid payments refunded to me that I made after XX/XX/XXXX. The representative that picked up put a refund request in and stated that it would take 6-8 weeks. After a month of not seeing any movement in my account or got no updates regarding the process, I called back on XX/XX/XXXX. The representative looked into my refund process and noticed that they have not done anything with it since the representative did not add the amount for the refund. This means the refund request was not being processed for a whole month and left unfinished. So the representative added in the request with the amount I requested which was {$20000.00} dollars. The representative told me to check up by calling periodically to track my request. After this call, I called back on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I got the same types of answers with no one knowing the XXXX and telling me XXXX weeks compared to the first time they mentioned XXXX weeks. There was no transparency about the process and I was left hoping that everything will be done correctly. Now on XX/XX/XXXX, I finally noticed that my balance on my loan changed and I saw that {$10000.00} on my account. This was only half of what I asked for. I was missing {$9900.00} on my account. Also I was charged {$170.00} dollars on this day by advantage and it was taken out of my XXXX XXXX I called back after the holidays on XX/XX/XXXX after I received the direct deposit of {$10000.00}. They did not pick up and dropped my call several times. It seems they only refunded me what was the easiest to calculate and I still have a lot of payments which are not refunded made after XX/XX/XXXX ( Account history attached to this compliant ).
