Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/22 my phone was stolen. The thief managed to hack into several accounts, including XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Chase App and transfer all of my money to other accounts. I was reimbursed for all charges, except {$2000.00} from unauthorized XXXX transfers. Chase denied the claim because they were made from my device, despite it being stolen. I reported the My information stolen to chase the following morning. I contacted them multiple times and they were unwilling to help and hung up on me several times.
