I reviewed my credit reports and all three have multiple inaccuracies, they are reported that my Fed loans are XXXX and 160 days late but there are no XXXX or 60 days payments reported. I believe these are violations of the FCRA. and have requested in writing multiple times that there inaccuracies be corrected or removed with no action being taken. I am requesting these late payments be removed from all three of my credit reports and new reports with undated information be sent to me.
