On XX/XX/2022 my wife was scammed through a fake email claiming to be XXXX. They said her account was compromised and had her go through security steps to protect her account using XXXX. It was a scam. Shortly after I got an email from USAA that a person was added to my XXXX recipients by the name of XXXX XXXX was added to your Send Money with XXXX recipient list using the phone number XXXX. This information has been saved for future XXXX transfers. If you didn't make this change, please call us at XXXX ( XXXX ), XXXX, or our mobile shortcut # XXXX. After that there was a XXXX for {$300.00} from my account, {$690.00} from my sons account and {$850.00} from my daughters account. I immediately called USAA and reported it. The bank is making me responsible
