Hello, This company has to be stopped. Their collections tactics are inhuman and the way they speak to consumers should be a crime.I 've been harassed for trying to solve the issue in a decent/respectful way. This company has been reported an account from the year 2020 with an inaccurate balance. The amount reported is incorrect and they have been increasing the reported amount monthly, which is highly illegal for a closed account. I have had several conversations with their representatives. I've been cursed out, told I was a XXXX XXXX XXXX and that they will ruin my credit and make it impossible for me to ever rent again in the United States. They have contacted my mother and threatened a warrant on my arrest if she didn't have me to call them immediately. My mother who is already in poor health suffered a XXXX XXXX XXXX after their threatening and degrading phone calls. Can someone please help me solve this debt with this company. The reported amounts are inaccurate and they have blatantly stated they are out to ruin my credit/reputation. This debt is also a joint debt which I've tried to explain countless amounts of times to no avail.
