But I haven't gotten the bonus yet. I called customer service and they told me I should get my bonus on XX/XX/2022. I called the customer service again on XX/XX/XXXX and submitted a Ticket. The customer service told me that it would be resolved within 10 days. But it has not been resolved yet.
