On XX/XX/2022, I purchased a XXXX ' gift card in the amount of {$75.00} for a family member as a XXXX gift from XXXX in XXXX XXXX, MI. Unfortunately, the card was never received and therefore was never utilized by the recipient as the XXXX delivery system was not operative. I spoke to the XXXX at XXXX who although, he was able to pull up my receipt and could clearly see status of the purchase via XXXX XXXX XXXX, he informed me that I would just have to take a loss or contact XXXX to obtain a refund or get another gift card reissued because it is a XXXX card. I contacted XXXX who told me that I would have to contact XXXX as they are the ones who received payment for the gift card and would have to refund me. Each company is telling to contact the other and I am not getting a resolution. Please help. I will NEVER purchase a gift card from XXXX!
