According to XXXX, Circle Internet Financial is responsible for managing ACH withdrawals that I make from XXXX to my bank. I submitted ACH XXXX $ withdrawals from my XXXX account on XXXX for {$25000.00} and {$17000.00} to be sent to my bank account at XXXX XXXX XXXX. My account at XXXX was debited, but I have yet to receive the funds at my bank. These withdrawal requests were made following the XXXX.XXXX guidelines, instructions, and terms of service XXXX days before XXXX declared bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX. At the time, XXXX openly stated on their official website and XXXX page that withdrawals were fully operational and processing. I received confirmation on the website, the app, and via XXXX.XXXX support directly that the ACHs ( multiple ) were being sent. Once again, according to XXXX, once I receive confirmation that the funds are being sent, the responsibility is in the hands of another vendor. Specifically, according to XXXX, By submitting, I authorize Circle Internet Financial, on behalf of XXXX.XXXX electronically credit my account at the financial institution indicated by me. I have yet to receive my funds. I have also not received any update from either Circle or XXXX.XXXX on what happened to my ACH and the status of my funds.
