Beginning on or around XX/XX/2022, what is now known to be " Wakefield XXXX '' has been harassing me at work and home phone numbers. They fail to state they are a debt collector and instead purport to be an legal agent. They call from one number and yet list a completely different number to call back. Further investigation reveals that both numbers lead to the same place. Upon further review, the company answers the field differently per each call, such as today when called back I received the following answers : 1 ) Wakefield 2 ) None of your business 3 ) Wakefield XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from ( XXXX ) XXXX At none of the times they were leaving messages, nor when called back, did they state at any time they are a debt collector. They also continue to harass after being informed that I filed a bankruptcy, so any debt collection is not only invalid but also against federal law. I have attached a copy of their voicemail that was left on XX/XX/2022. Company has failed to EVER provide debt validation, nor have they ever even sent documentation to me via mail!
