XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) sent funds to my Bank of America account after the death of my husband but I didnt receive the funds because gave out a wrong routing number for wires XXXX instead of paper and electronic XXXX both belongs to Bank of America XXXX XXXX sent {$400.00} & {$3800.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and {$320.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and the same amount {$320.00} on the conservative months until XX/XX/XXXX. So I reached out to the bank and they informed me that I didnt receive the money because I gave out a wrong routing number and the money was sent back to XXXX so when I called XXXX they sent me the statements of transfers and confirmed that they havent received the funds back and I should ask the bank to send me the evidence of the transfers because thats the only way they can resend the money. I tried reaching the bank in vain so I went through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and BoA last reached out to me in XX/XX/XXXX through their representative XXXX and promised to email the paper work that showed the money was returned but I never received the email and yes it was not in my spam. I called again and they said they will send it by mail in XXXX business days. I confirmed with them that they have my right mailing address but its been two months and Im yet the documents to send XXXX so I can get my money. They did this too in XXXX, XXXX when their representative XXXX XXXX reached out and promised to send me the evidence which I never received. This is issue has been going on for more than a year now and its been so frustrating. Kindly help.
