On XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX of 2022, multiple fraudulent transactions were made to my bank of america credit card to total {$3100.00} of charges completed without my consent or knowledge. They were in multiples {$520.00} repeated 5 times, and single charges of {$500.00} and {$11.00}. Claim ID XXXX was submitted on XX/XX/XXXX, but have yet to be resolved by bank of america, the credit card provider. Initially, they rejected the claim stating the purchases matched my spending habit and local area, but could not provide any supporting evidence to back up their claim. These fraudulent charges were made repeatedly even after I canceled the credit card twice with Bank of America. Bank of America refused to share the results of their investigation. These charges were not done by me and the total of {$3100.00} are fraudulent that need to be returned to my credit card account.
