Dear CFBP, I would like to file a complaint against XXXX ( Circle Internet Financial Inc. ) I have transferred USD to my XXXX account, and unfortunately, I have misspelled a letter in the reference code. Therefore, XXXX has reverted my USD transfer, causing me almost three times more transaction fees. After six days, I started to follow up on my payment, and then it turned out that the transaction fee for my initial payment from XXXX to US was approximately {$65.00}, the fee for the reverse transfer from US to XXXX was approximately {$35.00}, and the fee for retransferring from XXXX to US was {$65.00}. Therefore, the cost of the transfer was about {$160.00} instead of {$65.00}. Please let me know where can I file my complaint in order to get a refund or compensation.
