On XX/XX/XXXX of 2022 I asked for a refund of the payments I made on my student loans during the forbearance period. I asked for the entire amount I paid during the forbearance period to be refunded. They said it would take XXXX - XXXX weeks. I sent another email in XXXX and they responded the time period can take XXXX weeks. It has now been XXXX weeks. I need the money and this should have been taken care of by now. I also called and requested the refund in XXXX. Thank you for addressing this matter.
