This is my fourth CFPB complaint regarding Portfolio Recovery. I have requested in writing, and through previous CFPB that Portfolio Recovery cease and decist all communications with me. I yet again, recieved another letter from portfolio recovery today oXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The letter is dated XXXX XXXX XXXX This is the same letter I have recieved three times previously, after I sent the initial cease and decist request. Portfolio recovery is sending the same letters, over and over to further harass me. I am forwarding all communications to the State Attorney General for review of the blatant disregards to FCDPA rules and regulations.
