This company Continental FinanceXXXX has continued to blow smoke!!! They sent a letter stating they were going to lower my monthly payment, credit late fees back to XXXX and lower my interest rate. They have done nothing!!! I've tried emailing ( attached their email ) I did receive a call message back stating we are looking into this!!! I'm working with XXXX XXXX a debt consolidation company and have been since XXXX of 2022, I'm on social security XXXX and ran into some major issues. They just keep charging late fees, even though they are receiving payments that they supposedly accept, and outrageous interest that they supposedly were going to lower see attached letter!!! This needs to stop!
