On XX/XX/2022 estimated time XXXX, at Bank Of America located on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX IL XXXX. I deposit {$2000.00} into my checking account using my XXXX XXXX virtual debit card for Bank Of America. I entered my pin, selected deposit, and hit cash deposit. I feed the machine 20 {$100.00} bills the first time and when prompted by the atm I hit add more cash and I deposited an additional solid {$10.00} bill. I hit finish deposit and the screen read processing please wait after waiting 10 to 15 minutes I proceed to call customer service and file a claim. She asked me to hit cancel and nothing happen. She asked the amount I deposited, the address, the ATM Identification number. I was worried that the money would be dispensed back out and she told me no. Im just really worried someone pulled up to the atm and the atm gave back the money. Or there is no record of the money being deposited when I did and just need the funds in my account asap so I can pay bills. I waited until XXXX with my daughter in the backseat. The neighborhood is not very safe so I didnt feel comfortable staying at the atm for an hour plus additional time to see if the deposit would clear. I am behind on my bills because of this inconvenience. I really need those funds so I can take care of my daughter and I.
