MUCH TO MY DISMAY, I RECEIVED AN ESCROW ANALYSIS STATEMENT DATED XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX # XXXX THAT DISPLAYS XXXX FALSE FEES OR XXXX PAST YEARS HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE AND {$130.00} UNJUSTIFIED ESCROW CHARGES. STILL, MY OVERAGE AMOUNT SHOULD BE WAY MORE THAN {$3300.00}. IN ADDITION, I WAS CHARGED XXXX FEES FORCE PLACED INSURANCE PREMIUMS OF {$140000.00} AND {$1700.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX IN THE LAST XXXX YEARS HAVE ALWAYS EMAILED TIMELY PROOF OF CONDO MASTER INSURANCE POLICY. THESE ACTIONS BY RUSHMORE LOAN MGMT LLC VIOLATES FEDERAL BANKING LAWS BASED ON PREDATORY AND/OR UNFAIR PRACTICES THAT HAS PUT ME IN HARMS WAY. I AM REQUESTING ALL FALSE FEES TO BE DELETED OFF MY ACCOUNT AFTER OMBUDSMAN/ESCROW AUDIT AND A FULL REFUND OF MY OVERAGES SENT TO MY MAILING ADDRESS.
