I disputed a report in XXXX XXXX that XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX said that we had 2 accounts with Bank of America and that one of them had an overdue balance amount of {$6800.00} dollars. I received a letter from XXXX that said that they had " verified that this item belongs to you. '' Both of these accounts have been " closed by credit grantor ''. I have never had a credit card with Bank of America. I did try to contact Bank of America Fraud Department but their automated system wants your account number to get started. Since I don't have an account I can not give them a number. I also called the number for Bank of America in XXXX XXXX, Texas that XXXX provided in their report on XX/XX/XXXX and I get the same automated system that wants an account number to get started. I keep getting phone calls from Bank of America saying I need to pay them. This experience has greatly lowered my credit score.
