Bank of America told CFPB they will response to them, but not put it on their website. They said we would get a letter by mail. Our letter by mail never came. They did send XXXX XXXX a cryptic email stating they have no intentions of changing any of there records, because there records are correct and there will be no monetary damages or anything else. I am asking CFPB to assist in helping with this FRAUD Bank of America is doing with this Loan. This was a refinance. We built the house in XXXX with an unfinished bonus room. In XXXX we refinance and got {$10000.00} XXXX to finish that room. This is the only time we touch this Loan. Can CFPB investigate this Case. Can they make HUD do their job. This is a FHA. HUD dismiss the Case stating It '' Appears '' to be FRAUD. But, they don't do FRAUD! What nonsense is this? This is a Federal Crime!! When they answer to the complaint, they lie
