There was Chase account open under my name and was being used until someone maxed out the balance. I disputed all the information as soon as I was aware of it because it DID NOT match my mailing/physical address, phone number nor email. I reached out to the company and they demanded that it was me I even provided documentation that it wasnt. They then sold the account to a collection agency that keeps harassing me. THEY DID NOT REMOVE the incorrect address, phone number or email associated with that unknown person from my credit report They still did not DELETE the information nor did they remove it from my XXXX or XXXX!
