I XXXX XXXX deposited a check from my business account at XXXXXXXX XXXX to my personal account Chase ending in XXXX with the amount {$12000.00}. It was my mistake that forgot to sign on the front of the check, and the check didn't go through. However, the chase bank sent me a message that " ATM Check Error '', and overdraft my account {$12000.00}. I have tried to call the customer service, and they transfered me to 3 persons, let me wait over 30 minits and the last represensirive is rud and she said she can not see anything, and refuse to assist me and hand off the call. It does not make sense that I owe chase bank {$12000.00} in one night and they may charge my overdraft fee.My wife has tried to transfer {$1000.00} to the account to see if it can balance back, failed. And I don't know what is the next step, should we continue deposit the money to the acount or continue using this account or not. cause it is minus {$12000.00}. It is my first time to have this kind of issue.
