I tried to open an account at the end of XX/XX/2022 XXXX I received a letter stating that I had to bring identification documents to open an account and when I went into the branch to open an account they would not give me a reason as required by law they also refused to give me a reason for my previous account being closed they are violating my rights under the fcra by not giving me the specific reasons to my they closed and cloud not open the accounts. I was discriminated against on the basis of gender identity repeatedly.
