My mortgage has been sold multiple times from XXXX XXXX, to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and now Select Servicing Portfolio ( SPS ). It is currently XXXX and according to SPS my principal balance with over 15 years of timely payments is now {$150000.00} and my principal continues to increase every year even though I'm current on my mortgage.
