Back in early XXXX, I accidentally paid my taxes to the county, when, in fact, the mortgage company had already paid the taxes due. I have been trying to get a refund over {$3700.00} since XXXX XXXX XXXX I have a letter from the mortgage company stating that they are awaiting the county to reimburse the overpayment. dated XXXX XXXX XXXX Speaking with the county, the county claims they sent it back electronically to Chase on XXXX XXXX However, Chase claims they never received it and Im caught between catch XXXX.
