XXXX I received a second denial letter for my claim, ( Quote ) based on the documentation provided by the merchant confirming that I received the merchandise or service. I called the phone # written on the denial letter to request the document provided by the merchant justifying B of A to deny my claim. It was the same nightmare as before with no results in sight. XX/XX/XXXX I finally spoke with XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who transfer me to XXXX who told me that my file is empty, she couldnt see any documentation provided by the merchant. Now we are in XXXX and I havent received any document in spite of having being assured by several staff that they would send them to me. Thanks. XXXX XXXX
