on XX/XX/2022 a {$6000.00} fraudluent ACH debit charge hit my business checking account ending in XXXX by an unknown scammer/hacker and i waited until the charge " posted '' on XX/XX/2022 to dispute this as per bank of americas direction XXXX i also filled out an ACH fraud dispute form and emailed it on XX/XX/2022 as per bank of america 's further instruction. it is now XX/XX/2022 and bank of america is not providing me even a temporary credit for the amount that was stolen out of my business account. this is a lot of money for my XXXX XXXX XXXX business and it causing much discomfort for my business operation. i am seeking assistance as everytime i call bank of america fraud department and provide them the claim XXXX XXXXXXXX they place me on hold for a minimum of 1 hour. i really need my business 's money returned. the charge is 100 % fraudlent and i did not approve of this nor do i know whom this scammer is that used my information to defraud my business.
